My expectation was too high

"During the Evan Honer concert D1 and D2, the staff gave conflicting information depending on who you ask. The lines were unorganized and extremely long. For a sold out crowd, doors opening at 5:30pm was too late for concert goers to pass security and covid checks. The first night, they let anyone in without scanning tickets or checking covid vaccine/tests close to showtime. Overall, staff AND attendees didn’t know where to go or what they were doing. The second day was a bit better. Once inside, the staff was nice and helpful. It was a cluster."
